At Obsidian Digital, we take pride in the quality of our digital products and are committed to ensuring a smooth experience for every customer. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because all of our products are digital files delivered instantly upon payment, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or recalled once delivered. For this reason, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds as a standard practice.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product titles, descriptions, and previews before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to buying, please contact us through our store contact form — we are happy to help.
2. Exception: Technical Failures
We understand that technical issues can occasionally occur, and we are committed to making things right when they do. If you are unable to access or download your purchased file due to a technical error on our end, you may be eligible for a replacement.
To request assistance, please contact us via the contact form on our website within 7 days of your purchase date, and include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue you are experiencing
- Any relevant screenshots or error messages (if applicable)
We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. Where a technical fault on our part is confirmed, we will promptly provide a replacement download link at no additional cost. In exceptional circumstances where a replacement cannot be delivered, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion.
3. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Change of mind: Deciding you no longer want the product after purchase is not grounds for a refund.
- Accidental purchase after download: If the file has already been successfully accessed or downloaded, the sale is considered complete and final.
- Device incompatibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their device and software are compatible with the file format prior to purchase. We are not liable for issues arising from incompatible hardware or software.
- Failure to read the product description: Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
4. Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide all relevant transaction and delivery evidence to the payment processor. We strongly encourage customers to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving genuine issues fairly and promptly.
