2. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold by Obsidian Digital are digital goods delivered as instant downloads. Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive an email containing your download link(s) to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is automated and immediate — no physical items are shipped.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address entered at checkout is accurate and accessible. Obsidian Digital is not liable for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or inaccessible email address. If you experience any issues receiving your download, please reach out to us via our store contact form.

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on Obsidian Digital are listed in USD (US Dollar). Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. Obsidian Digital is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

4. No Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital product delivery, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

Exception — Technical Failures: If you experience a verified technical failure that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact us via our store contact form within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue and, where a technical fault on our part is confirmed, we will either re-deliver the product or issue a refund at our sole discretion.

We strongly encourage you to review all product descriptions and details carefully before completing your purchase.

All digital products sold by Obsidian Digital — including but not limited to AI tools, business guides, and wellness resources — are the intellectual property of Obsidian Digital or its respective content creators and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Reproduce or duplicate the product for commercial purposes
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the product without prior written consent
  • Upload or make the product available on any platform, marketplace, or file-sharing service

Any unauthorised use of our digital products constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
